Huawei’s Honor sub-brand has a new phone on the way, and it’s holding an online-only “virtual launch” event to take the wraps off what we’re expecting to be the Honor 5C. So what are in for with the 5C? Well, the Chinese variant offers some clues:
The Chinese version of [the Honor 5C] packs Huawei’s homemade octa-core Kirin 650 chip, 2 gigabytes of RAM, a 5.2-inch 1080p display and a 13-megapixel main camera, backed up by an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. The price? 899 yuan — that’s a little over £100.
We won’t have official details on pricing or availability until the event wraps up, but the entire presentation is being livestreamed via Facebook Live at 2 p.m. BST (that’s 3 p.m. CET) — check down below for the video!
